Seamlessly integrated smart equipment
The Smart Pump is controlled by the Smart Counter, which measures the speed of fish flow, to automatically regulate the pumping speed and prevent overload of the grader/counter. This automation ensures that the Smart Pump is always adjusted to meet the needs of operational output. This means SmartFlow takes care of the pumping for you.
The Smart Grader uses the feedback loop between itself and the Smart Counter to relieve you from having to monitor the grading process manually. Resulting in an optimal distribution between each grading category. That means SmartFlow makes grading simple and easy.
High-capacity counting with image verification, backed up automatically and reported through SmartFlow. The Smart Counter measures both size and number of fish that pass through the Smart Grader in each grading category. The Smart Counter then measures the percent (%) distribution and fine tunes the Smart Grader as needed. That means SmartFlow efficiently counts and measures with accuracy.

Each SmartFlow session produces a detailed report: grader position by channel, estimated weight split, and a full count-and-grade breakdown you can review or export. The Smart Report is automatically generated and contains detailed fish handling data and images of all scanned fish. That means SmartFlow gives you a total overview of all moved and graded fish at any given time.

No. SmartFlow is built into VAKI Smart Pumps, Smart Graders and Smart Counters. It isn't sold as a separate product. Request a quote for the equipment you need, and SmartFlow is part of it.
Every Smart Pump, Smart Grader and Smart Counter. Basic (non-Smart) pumps can still be used, but lose automation, remote control and monitoring.
No, the Pipeline Counter is a standalone unit and doesn't connect to SmartFlow. If you need SmartFlow's remote monitoring and reporting, our Smart Counter range does.
VAKI Cloud is part of the same connected system as SmartFlow. It's where your equipment's data lands, not a separate purchase or login to manage on top of your equipment.
SmartFlow connects VAKI Smart Pumps, Graders and Counters into one system. Non-Smart pumps can still be used, but lose automation, remote control and monitoring.
Yes. The Customer Care Package covers VAKI equipment connected to SmartFlow and VAKI Cloud, with routine online service checks and support from our regional teams.
